Abstract

This thesis analyzes the current development status, operational efficiency, and related influencing factors of social psychological counseling institutions in China, and summarizes the characteristics of the current development of psychological counseling institutions and the many problems they face, such as imbalanced national development and significant differences in the development of psychological counseling institutions in different regions. The structure of national psychological counseling institutions is not coordinated. The number and scale of institutions are developing in a negative direction, and operational risks are gradually emerging. It is difficult to cover the operating costs of psychological counseling institutions. We have constructed empirical research methods to address these issues and proposed targeted solutions based on the research results. On the one hand, this study has effectively explored the application of theories and methods related to enterprise operational efficiency in new industries, and deepened the research on the basis of existing theories. On the other hand, this study can further expand the connotation and extension of efficiency theory, so it has important theoretical significance.
